Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your iConnect account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Device

    Ensure the device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and it is placed back in its original packaging with all included cables and accessories.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
